NSN, circa 1851, .69 caliber, 41" round barrel. Barrel and other iron parts are a mottled brown/grey patina, The barrel has "LOFRY" in two places. This musket has been fired extensively due to the wood burn out seen rear of nipple. Trigger guard has 6 unique cuts" kills" Stock is very good with minor handling wear visible. "LOFRY" is also stamped into the butt stock. If this gun could talk!! Consignment.
