U.S. Model 1860 cavalry sword in fair condition. Sword has been cleaned with no markings visible on the ricasso. Scabbard is a dark plum patina with pitting noted throughout the surface. Blade is 34.5" in length, soft grey patina with pin-prick oxidation noted. Leather is fair with wire wrap missing.
