Inland Guide Lamp Mfg. Liberator .45 ACP caliber pistol. WW II Era Liberator Pistol. Made by Inland Guide lamp which was a division of General Motors. These guns were made over a 3 month period and one million were produced. These guns were designed to support the insurgency behind enemy lines in WW II. These only made it to the pacific theatre and came equipped with a box, 5 rounds of ammo and an instruction sheet that showed how to work the gun and the intended use. Gun has a light gray to brown patina. Floor plate is a high quality replacement. Very historic WW II pistol.
