Murata Type 22 8x53R caliber rifle. Scarce Japanese military bolt action repeater. Not many of these survived the 1930’s, as Japan needed steel. Serial numbers are matching. Bore is very good with strong rifling. Stock has a repair at the toe. There is a minor crack at the tang. Otherwise, good overall condition.
