This U.S. Model 1842 69 caliber musket is ready to hang on your wall. With the exception of the ramrod, it is all there. The metal has a brown patina with light surface roughness. The hammer can be moved but it does not hold cock. The wood is fair with a crack at the front of the lock. Clean it up and restore it or use the parts for another gun.
