Savage 1899 .25-35 caliber rifle. Pre-war early model in scarce .25-35 caliber. Has 26" barrel and crescent buttplate with about 92% original blue finish, and about 60% case colors on the lever. The wood is very good with a few marks. A very attractive and desirable Savage 1899 rifle.
