Chinese 1900 7.65mm caliber pistol. Interesting Chinese copy of a FN 1900 with “Mauser” banner and imitation Belgian proof marks. Marked “National” on top of rear portion of the slide. The action works if you cycle it by hand. Will not fire as a semi-auto. Shoots one at a time so you have to pull the slide back and forth each shot. These Chinese copies of a modern 1900 FN used to be common 40 or 50 years ago. You don’t see them much now. They have all spurious markings as Mauser or FN had nothing to do with these pistols. Collectors find them interesting and somewhat humorous when shown to other collectors.
