Springfield Trapdoor .45-70 caliber carbine rifle. (Note: This is a shortened rifle made into a carbine). Bore and action are excellent. The barrel shortening was well done. The stock would look much better and more correct by filling in the cleaning rod channel. Gun is very good over all.
