Zastava M24/47 rifle 7.92×57mm (L2025-14298)

Serial number M24007544. Made in 1947 with a 24-inch barrel that has a bright bore with strong visible rifling. This Yugo Mauser rifle is marked on top of the receiver with the 5-torch crest that represented the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia at the time & "Preduzece 44" (or "Enterprise 44") on the left side for Zastava. Overall condition is very good with thinning original factory blued finish on the metallic parts & dark walnut furniture that shows only moderate handling wear. Some light oxidation noted on the buttplate.
