Serial No. mk9271, made in 1945, 7.62x54R, 20.5” round barrel. Manufactured by Izhevsk Arsenal during the final year of World War II, this M44 carbine retains matching serial numbers throughout. Metal finish is excellent, with only light handling and storage wear noted in a few areas, typical of a well-preserved military surplus rifle.
