WWII Japanese Showa 17.12 Chuo Kogyo Under Nagoya Arsenal Type 94 Pistol 8x22mm (L2026-07309)

Serial no. 32309. Manufactured in December 1942 (Showa 17.12) by Chuo Kogyo under supervision of the Nagoya Arsenal, chambered in 8x22mm Nambu,3.8" round barrel. The bore is bright and shiny with strong, well-defined rifling noted throughout. Serial numbers are matching, including the magazine. The blue finish has thinned to an attractive grey patina, while the grips remain in very good condition. Mid-war Chuo Kogyo production examples such as this typically exhibit better machining and finish quality than late-war pistols produced under increasing wartime pressures. The action is smooth, mechanically sound, and functions correctly.
