WWII German K98k BYF 44 Rifle 8mm Mauser, with ZF41 Scope (L2025-09595)

Serial No. 16382f, made in 1944, 8mm Mauser, 24” round barrel. Manufactured by Mauser-Werke Oberndorf, marked BYF 44, this rifle is a wartime production Karabiner 98k configured for use with the ZF41 sniper scope. Serial numbers are matching throughout. Metal finish has thinned to a light grey patina, with sharp factory markings remaining intact. The Eagle/WaA135 Waffenamt military acceptance stamp is clearly visible on the receiver. The rifle is fitted with a ZF41 scope, serial-numbered separately. While the reticle is present, the optics are cloudy, Stock is in very good condition, with only minor handling impressions and a faint cartouche visible on the right side. Action is smooth and functions correctly, and the rifle includes its original sling.
