WWII German C.E. 43 Code K98 Bolt Action Rifle 8mm Mauser (L2025-09718)

Serial No. 9518n, manufactured in 1943, 8mm Mauser, 24” round barrel. This mid-war production K98k rifle was manufactured by J.P. Sauer & Sohn, denoted by the “C.E.” code and “43” date on the receiver ring. The eagle/WaA Waffenamt markings are clearly stamped throughout the metal surfaces, and factory serial numbers are matching. Approximately 90% of the original blued finish remains, with expected thinning on high-contact areas. The stock is in excellent condition, with a minor sliver missing on the right side, otherwise showing only light wear consistent with wartime use. Action is smooth and functions correctly. Rifle comes with a period sling. A solid and collectible example of a German K98k produced at the height of WWII.
