WWII German BYF 43 Code K98 Bolt Action Rifle – 8mm Mauser (L2025-11466)

Serial No. 49435g, manufactured in 1943 by Mauser-Werke Oberndorf under the code BYF 43, 8mm Mauser, 24” round barrel. Serial numbers are matching throughout. Rifle retains the majority of its original blue finish, with light thinning noted on the barrel. Stock has been lightly sanded at some point, with a faint Waffenamt still visible. Factory markings on the receiver and barrel remain sharp and legible. Rifle comes with its original sling. Action is smooth and functions correctly. A fine example of a wartime BYF 43 K98, retaining strong originality and finish from Mauser’s 1943 production period.
