Serial No. bd14978, made in 1943, .303 British, 25 ½” round barrel. Rifle bears Factory Through Repair (FTR) markings on the right side of the receiver, indicating postwar arsenal reconditioning. Serial numbers have been forced matched using an electric pencil, including on the magazine. The rear sight has been removed,Stock has been refinished, with a clean appearance and minor signs of use. Action is smooth and functions correctly. Rifle comes complete with a blade-style bayonet, typical of late-war British issue.
