Serial No. 81141, made in 1942, .45ACP, 10.5” round barrel. This M1 Thompson was made by Auto-Ordnance Corporation in Bridgeport, Connecticut in 1942 and delivered to the U.S. Army during the Second World War. After the war, the gun went through an arsenal rebuild. It is equipped with the non-adjustable L-sight as well as the original M1 Thompson SMG bolt with the free-floating firing pin. Condition is very good overall with a gray/green phosphate finish across the metal parts that covers “GEG” & “FJA” acceptance stamps. The barrel has a bright bore that reveals strong visible rifling. Comes with one USGI 30-round magazine.
