WW2 German Army Officer's Dress Belt (12343632)

World War II German Heer (Army) officer's parade belt (Feldbinde) & buckle worn on dress uniforms by all officer’s below the rank of General. The belt is made of a silver aluminum wire brocade with two intertwined green stripes, backed by green felt & adjusted using a leather tongue. It is attached to a circular, die-stamped aluminum belt buckle (“Koppelschloss”) that depicts the Wehrmacht eagle clutching a canted swastika in its talons surrounded by an oak wreath.
