Serial No. 11516763, made circa 1966, 7.62x39, 20 ½” round barrel. Manufactured at Factory 26 (Jianshe Arsenal), this rifle represents a mid-production Vietnam War-era Type 56 SKS. Serial numbers are matching throughout, with import marking present on the right side of the receiver. Original finish rates at 95%, with light surface marks visible from storage and handling. Stock is in very good condition, showing expected impressions from military use but retaining good color and fit. Action is smooth and functions correctly. Bayonet has been removed, which is common on import-modified rifles .A clean, representative example of a Chinese military SKS from the Cold War period.
