Serial Number 3184891. Made in December 1943 with an 18-inch Inland Division of GM barrel that has a bright bore with strong visible rifling. Although it was made during World War II, this carbine was put through a post war arsenal level service life extension program rebuild, & that is why it is now equipped with a milled adjustable rear sight assembly, a flip safety, an M2 magazine release, a Type 6/M2 "V-top" operating slide & a Type 3 bayonet lug barrel band. It retains an original production/World War II era flat bolt though. Equipped with a World War II production low wood oval cut stock that was made for Inland by the S.E. Overton Company. Comes with a 30-round magazine with a "bolt hold open" follower & a USGI webbed sling.
