Serial No. 4060237, made in 1943, .30 carbine, 18” round barrel marked “UNDERWOOD/9-43/Flaming Bomb”. Bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling visible. Type III barrel band is marked “JM” with flat bolt. Type II milled adjustable sight is marked “PI”. Stock is a later reproduction paratrooper folding stock in very good condition. Action is smooth and functions correctly.
