Serial number 1014 Winchester- Hotchkiss 1879 1st model chambered in 45-70 with a 24" round barrel. Overall good condition with the finish mottled grey patina. Cleaning rod is present inside the nose cap. Bore is very good with strong rifling noted. Stock shows minor nicks and dings no cracks. Action functions correctly.
