U.S. Springfield Officers Model 1875 Trapdoor Rifle Type II. Beautiful U.S. Springfield 1875 Officers Model Trapdoor rifle. Rifle is near excellent condition. Barrel retain 98% original bluing. Lock, breech block and hammer have stunning case coloring! Wood is excellent. This officers model has the seldom seen round-base variant Tang sight. Very few of these round-base tang sights are seen.
