In stock
Serial No. 563616, manufactured circa January–March 1893, chambered in .45-70 with a 32 ½” round barrel. Bore is bright with strong rifling, showing light frosting in scattered areas. Metal has aged to a smooth brown/grey patina; factory markings on the breech and lock plate remain sharp and legible. Stock shows typical nicks, dings, and handling marks from service use, with a clear and attractive cartouche visible on the left side. Action is tight and functions correctly. A solid and representative example of a Spanish-American War era reserve rifle.
