SN: 131271. Manufactured July-Sept. 1880 by Springfield Armory, chambered in .45-70 Government. 32.5” round barrel. Bore is bright with sharp rifling. Metal has been refinished with traces of case hardening on breech. Stock has been replaced and ready for final stages of fitting, buttplate has also been replaced. Overall condition is good. Rifle equipped with aftermarket sling.
