Teddy Roosevelt Commemorative .44-40 (COM2016)

Uberti Single Action .44-40 caliber revolver. Teddy Roosevelt Commemorative by Uberti. Beautifully factory engraved (very good quality engraving). Ejector housing, hammer, and cylinder are gold wash over silver plate. Gold is thinning. There is a good “TR” monogram on the left side recoil shield (monogram appears to be solid gold). The balance of the gun is silver plate. The grips are a composite material. Bore is excellent, and gun appears unfired. Colt made some commemorative single actions similar to this that sell for $6000 - $8000. This is a very well-crafted Teddy Roosevelt Commemorative. Note: This is a copy of an original Colt presented to President Theodore Roosevelt.
