Serial No. 1493, circa mid 1950’s, 7.5x55, 25.65” round barrel. Bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling visible. Serial numbers are matching including the scope and magazine, glass is clean and clear. One of the approximately 4200 rifles manufactured by Bern Arsenal for the Swiss Government. 97% original rust blue finish remains, Stock has light nicks, dings, and scratches noted. Action is smooth and functions correctly. A hard to improve sniper rifle!
