STAR New Model SI pistol .32 ACP (L2025-13644)

Serial number 387602. Made in 1952 with a 4-inch barrel that has a good bore with visible rifling. This steel frame/steel slide 1911 type pistol is in overall fair condition with original factory blued finish across the metallic parts that is thinning along the hard edges & worn off in three areas on the slide. The frame has some disassembly scratches under the bolt stop & the slide has areas of oxidation in the slide serrations. There is a "Made in Spain" mark on the right side of the frame & an "LPN" marking on the front strap, indicating it was issued to the West German Landespolizei (State Police). All numbers match but the magazine is an aftermarket replacement that does not actuate the bolt stop.
