Springfield M1 Garand Rifle .30-06 (L2025-12627)

Serial Number 5445107. Made in 1954 with a 24-inch Springfield barrel that has a bright bore with strong visible rifling. Comes with a radius cut Springfield operating rod, a high hump gas cylinder lock, a poppet valve gas cylinder lock screw that was made by National Hardware Co. & a T105E1 adjustable rear sight assembly that was made by Druge Bros Mfg. of Oakland, CA. The furniture is in excellent condition with a U.S. Defense Department Acceptance Stamp stock that has a circle serif P on the pistol grip. This is an overall excellent condition post Korean War era M1 rifle. Comes with a USGI M1943 webbed sling that is also in excellent condition.
