SN: C17823. 1948 production, .38 Special with a 2" pinned barrel. Bore is very good. Scarce 5-screw pre model 10 snubnose revolver with the early round fixed front sight and correct diamond checkered wood grips. Finish shows wear with most of the bluing present, and the left grip has a chip at the base of the wood. The overall condition is very good.
