Serial number 3355912. Made in 1943 with a 18-inch Saginaw Steering Gear barrel that has a bright bore with strong visible rifling. Although this gun was made during World War II, it went through a post-war arsenal level service life extension rebuild program that resulted in it being equipped with a stamped adjustable rear sight assembly, a flip safety, an M2 magazine release & a Type 3 bayonet lug barrel band. It is also equipped with a post-World War II low wood oval cut pot belly M2 stock as well as a matching 4-rivet handguard. Comes with a USGI webbed sling & a USGI 30-round detachable box magazine.
