S/42 Mauser P-08 pistol 9mm Luger (L2026-01760)

Serial number 9222u. Made in 1937 by Mauser Oberndorf with a 4-inch barrel that has a good bore with strong visible rifling although a little frosting can be observed in the grooves. This pre-war numbers matching Luger exhibits surface wear on the hard edges as well as color variation & thinning across the metallic parts. Comes with checkered wood grips that are numbered to the gun & a 1942-dated 8-round magazine that is stamped on the base with an eagle/655 military proof.
