Post-War Russian Izhevsk Arsenal M44 Mosin-Nagant Carbine 7.62x54R (L2026-06716)

Serial no. RK3341. Manufactured in 1948 at Izhevsk Arsenal, chambered in 7.62x54R, 20.5" round barrel. Carbine remains in overall excellent condition and is particularly attractive as it remains partially wrapped in its original-style arsenal storage paper. Serial numbers are matching, and the left side of the receiver bears import markings. A very clean post-WWII production M44 retaining its distinctive side-folding cruciform bayonet and showing minimal evidence of post-storage handling. The 1948 production date represents one of the later years of Soviet M44 manufacture, giving this example additional collector interest. Action is smooth and functions correctly.
