Pair of Unmarked German Percussion Travelers Pistols. Large .55 Cal Bores Pistols have hammer block  safties. Barrels are 5 ¼” length and overall length is 11”. These are well made pistols probably of the 1820’s to 1830’s. Buttcap, trigger guard, barrels, lock, breench plug, tang and hammers are all engraved. Stocks are about excellent with very minor wear. No chips or cracks. Checkering is excellent . Barrels have silver inlays as does the silver banded breech plug. Actions work perfectly. Fine pair of travelers pistols.
