Serial No. 12248, made circa 1876-1880’s, .44-40, 7” round barrel. Metal is mostly a smooth grey patina with traces of nickel found at the rear of the cylinder. Factory markings on barrel are sharp. Left side of the frame is stamped “CALIBER/WINCHESTER-1873”. Gun has beautiful Mexican Eagle carved ivory grips. Action indexes correctly with a tight lock up, Consignment
