Mauser C96 .30 Mauser (PR47788)

Mauser C96 .30 Mauser caliber pistol. WWI German Military issue, arsenal refurbished during the 1920’s. Right side of chamber is Imperial Military proofed. Left side of pistol is stamped 1920. Serial numbers are matching, except for floor plate and unnumbered bolt. Barrel has not been cut, as many of these were in accordance to the Versailles Treaty. Bore has strong rifling with frosting. Comes with Imperial Proof marked shoulder stock. Stock is numbered but not to pistol. Leather is dated 1917 and marked R. Kuhlewein & Co Erfurt. A nice .30 Mauser rig from WWI reissued during the Weimar years.
