Serial number 78336. Made in 1857.  36 caliber with a 7.5” barrel.  This is a very fine small trigger guard Colt 1851 Navy. This gun has approximately 15% of the original blue. The barrel has a mostly plumb patinas. The grips are very good with about half of the original varnish. There is some damage to the left hand side of the grips along the bottom edge. This gun is US marked. The cylinder is non matching, but is in a Martial range. The grips are also non matching and should be oil stained instead of varnished.
