Serial no. 33c3900. Manufactured in 1942 by Savage Arms under Lend-Lease, chambered in .303 British,25" round barrel. The bore is good with some light frosting and oxidation noted in the grooves, rifling remains strong. Serial numbers are matching, magazine is unmarked. The No.4 Mk.I* rifles produced by Savage were supplied to British and Commonwealth forces during WWII under the Lend-Lease program and are identifiable by their simplified bolt release system and U.S. manufacture. Overall the rifle remains in very good condition with typical service wear noted. The action is smooth, mechanically sound, and functions correctly.
