Lee-Enfield Jungle Carbine .303 (L2025-10715)

Serial number CC3566. This legitimate Lee-Enfield No. 5 Mk. I Jungle Carbine was made at the Royal Ordnance Factory (Fazakerley) in 1945 with an 18.75-inch barrel that has a bright bore with strong visible rifling. It is "FTR" marked (for "Factory Thorough Repair"), so it has undergone a comprehensive Repair/Recondition refurbishment & that is why it has been refinished. Condition overall is excellent with black enamel finish across the metallic parts that has thinned & oxidized on the flash hider/bayonet lug. The varnished walnut furniture has been refinished, but the handguard & stock are matching in color & condition. Comes with an original 10-round detachable box magazine.
