Serial No.20431, made circa early 1941, rechambered for 30-06, 25.9” round barrel that has been cut to act like a compensator. Bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling visible. Serial numbers are non-matching, receiver has partial mum with “30-06/HOLLY” stamped just rear of the rear sight. Stock has expected handling and usage wear noted. Action functions correctly. A gunsmith would need to examine this rifle before firing.
