ITHACA 37 U.S. RIOT SHOTGUN 12 GAUGE (L2026-05754)

SN: 52296. Made in 1942, 12 gauge with an 18" barrel w/Cyl. bore chambered for 2 3/4" shells. Bore is excellent. WWII era U.S. military riot shotgun with U.S. proof marks to the left side of the receiver and barrel, engraved blued finish, and checkered wood forend & stock with a 14" LOP. Finish is heavily worn with with moderate marks, and an even brown patina throughout, most notably to the left side of the receiver. Wood forend & stock show moderate marks, with a chip missing from the forend, and minor cracks to the stock behind the receiver. Overall condition is good.
