Iraqi Army Kar98k Bolt Action Rifle – 7.92×57mm (L2025-15091)

Serial No. 4553, manufactured post–World War II at Ceská Zbrojovka Brno and chambered in 7.92×57mm with a 23.62” round barrel. The bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling noted. This Czech-produced Kar98k was assembled using leftover German-occupation components and later sold to the Hashemite Kingdom of Iraq, as indicated by the Iraqi “Jeem” property mark present on both the receiver and barrel. The rifle remains in overall very good condition, showing only minimal handling and service wear consistent with military use. The action is smooth and functions correctly, making this a solid and historically interesting postwar Kar98k contract rifle.
