Griffin & Howe Custom 98 7 MM caliber rifle. Extremely early Griffin and Howe engraved rifle. Beautiful gun engraved and one of the earliest Griffin and Howe's known. This gun is serial number 7. It was done on a Mauser 98 action and has a beautiful high figured carved stock, knurled bolt, engraved, has a peep sight and checkered steel butt. This gun has just about everything you could ask for! It was also in Bill Ruger's collection and it is actually pictured in the book Ruger and His Guns. Wonderful early gun worthy of any of the best collections!
