Pre-WW1 German Mauser M1898 bayonet with a 20.5”quillback blade marked by the maker on the ricasso V.C. SCHILLING with proof marks and “04” on the spine, wood scales with more proof marks on the side of the pommel and leather sheath with metal fittings. Overall n very good condition with some wear.
