FEG SA85M Rifle 7.62x39mm (R44516) Consignment

SN: SM25227. Made in 1990 in Budapest by FÉG (Fegyver- és Gépgyár or " Arms and Machine Manufacturing Company") with a 16" barrel chambered in 7.62x39mm. This is a numbers matching SA 85M that was imported by K.B.I in post-ban configuration with thumbhole stock, no bayonet lug, no cleaning rod retainer, and no muzzle threading. Overall condition is very good with original factory finish across the metallic parts & wooden furniture that shows only minor handling marks. The bore is bright with strong rifling. Unusually, this SA 85M is equipped with the FÉG AMD-65 type short gas system that uses a 4.75" piston instead of the usual 6.25" piston. Comes with a 75rd Chinese drum magazine. (Consignment)
