Evans Sporting Rifle. Rare deluxe and very scarce gun as virtually all were plain guns. This wood is fancier and checkered. Checkering remains sharp. Blue is excellent. Forend cap, butt, lever and trigger are all Nickeled which is only found on deluxe guns. Action works perfect and the bore is excellent. Original excellent Blue remains on both barrel and frame. This is a really nice example of an Evans!
