EMIL KERNER DOUBLE RIFLE 9.3X72R (L2026-06227)

SN: 14760 made in Germany circa 1920's. Side by side double rifle chambered in 9.3x72R with 25" barrels, matted rib with integral front ramp and brass bead front sight and standing bar with 1 folding leaf rear sight. Fully engraved deep relief scalloped box lock action with traditional German style game scenes, full horn trigger guard, double triggers and a Greener style safety and cross bolt. Nicely figured checkered walnut furniture with diamond inlays in the wrist, engraved trap door on the belly of the stock inlet for extra rounds, engraved grip cap named to a prior owner, right hand pancake cheek piece and 13.75" LOP to the checkered steel butt plate. Only some very small handling marks, overall in near excellent condition for the age with excellent bores.
