Early WWII Russian M44 Carbine by Izhevsk Arsenal – 7.62×54R (L2025-15023)

Serial No. RC006106 (importer), manufactured in 1944 at the Izhevsk Arsenal, chambered in 7.62×54R with a 20.5" round barrel. The bore is excellent with handsome, well-defined rifling. Serial numbers are matching, with the magazine floor plate having been force-matched during arsenal refurbishment. The left side of the barrel is import marked. The stock remains in very good condition, showing only light handling impressions from service and storage. Overall presentation is clean and representative of a late-war Soviet carbine. Action is smooth and functions correctly.
