NSN, manufactured circa early 18th century, .58 caliber, featuring a 39" Spanish-made two-stage barrel transitioning from octagonal to round. Metal exhibits a deep grey patina with scattered light surface oxidation consistent with age. A Spanish proof mark is present at the breech. The lock plate is intricately engraved with a scene of a woman and dog, signed “FELIX-MEIER” beneath the flash pan. The rear of the lock is marked “IN WIENN” and displays a finely detailed forest scene with a deer. The stock shows light evidence of age and use,. Action holds securely at both half and full cock.
