Serial number 2743. Made in 1874. 45LC caliber with a 7 ½”: barrel. This is an early Ainsworth inspected Colt Single Action Army. Metal has a mostly gray to brown patina. This gun has a previous tag with the description from when it was sold stating that this was shipped to the San Antonio Arsenal for the 4th Cavalry. It also has a letter from Ron Graham authenticating this gun. This gun has several areas of restoration which h include a replacement and renumbered cylinder, artificial ageing and some serial numbers remarked.
