Serial No. 4181m, manufactured in 1917 with a 29½" round barrel chambered in 8mm Mauser. Bore is good, showing strong rifling. The rifle was refinished at some point in its service life. The receiver bears the prominent “1920” property stamp, indicating reissue to the German military during the post-WWI Weimar period. Serial numbers are non-matching, typical of rifles that saw extended service and refurbishment. Stock is in good condition with minimal handling wear noted. Action is smooth and functions correctly.
